Games are great. Not only do they encourage smack talk (a key part of life), they teach us how to think. 

Some games are strictly competitive, where players battle over a scarce resource: medals, titles, power.  

Others are strictly cooperative, where everyone works together to achieve a common goal. Cute.

And some games are some mix of both. More on them later.

Games make the world go round, which is why Win-Win is obsessed with them.

After all, isn’t dating kind of a game? Or business? Or geopolitics? They all have players, rules, winners and losers. The same skills required in conventional games often apply to real-life games too.

But not all these games are created equal...
